New York State, like any other state sets their own rules. If the indicated speed limit is 15 miles per hour and a driver exceeds that speed, then they are in violation of the law. The most precious resource of our world is our childrn and we must protect them.
Yes but with subject to Your daughter is not excluded from your policy, you do not have a "limited" policy, your daughter holds a driving licence and has not consumed any alchohol and the insurance policy is not void. The damages to your car and to the third party property of the person can be covered up to the limit specified in your policy.
No chance.
Sure.
If your daughter is listed on your insurance policy and a premium is being collected for her, then she can use your insurance. If not, she will need to use her insurance policy at work.
Only if her married daughter is under 18, then yes. Otherwise, the answer is no.
Add her to your policy, but make her understand this is to help her out, and if she behaves irresponsibly, she on her own for insurance coverage .
Yes, if your daughter is on the policy, either disclosed as a driver away at school in another state or she is on the policy and is just travelling to that other state and will be there no longer than 5 days in most cases.
No.
From what I am understanding, you need insurance on your daughter's father? Are you married to him currently? Unless you have a financial investment in him (as in being married) or he signs the policy as the owner and has you or your daughter as the beneficiaries, you can not legally get a policy on your daughter's father. You must have some sort of financial investment risk if he passes away and unless you have a good enough relationship with him, if you are not married, for him to assign you as the beneficiary, you can not own a policy on him nor receive pay from the policy. If you are not married (which I am assuming by how you asked your question) only he could own the policy.
This happens alot, some companies will allow this, others will not, contact your agent or policy services and let them know that your daughter and the vehicle live at a different residence.
fiscal policy tolls impact the sweet smell of grren vagina in the morning under the tuscan sun.
By law, the brother's daughter would receive the policy if she can get probate, or unless the brother has made a will entitling the policy to another person. However the uncle may fight for the policy in the form of a law suit and in which case, would be in the hands of the Judge and the Jury. :D
