Your veterinarian will be able to prescribe a type of dewormer for your dog to take, if that is what your boxer has. The dewormer will give him diarrhea, but will take care of the other parasitic worms that are probably living in his intestines. This is a common occurrence in dogs, and with treatment there shouldn't be any cause for worry.
