It will have the same affect on him that it would have on you.YES it will affect him and make him feel high.give him some fresh air and as long as he didnt whiff too much or ingest any of it at all then he should be ok.Treat your dog like a 5 year old when it comes to things like this.He is a child and needs you to protect him and put all poisons away.I can tell you love your dog and would hate for anything to happen because he doesnt know any better.
