tongue
What is meant by paralyzed tongue, well exactly what it says, paralyzed. Meaning that the tongue no longer reacts to stimulus, it just lays there and does nothing. Now having no motor function of a tongue would be pretty much fatal, unless you were in a hospital with a breathing tube down your throat so you don't choke to death on your own tongue.

It is cold enough to freeze your saliva on your tongue.
