PERESON #1: I suggest you search a phone number for the email service you have, and say your complaint. Or ask a friend who has the same email service as you to email them a compliant, and ask her/him to give your pass and username. If you paid an account with a check and received a receipt that you had paid that account, your part of the transaction is finished. What they do with the check after you walk away with the receipt is their responsibility.
