No doubt rejection hurts. It happens to all of us. But just because she chose her ex over you doesn't mean you aren't equally lovable and worthy. You told her to "do what she wants" and so she went back to her first. That hurts! And you miss her and that's understandable. But try to keep in mind that you won't always miss her. Eventually, enough time will pass where you hardly ever think of her at all. Hang on to hope in the future and let yourself move on to find someone who will love you and won't leave you for an ex.
