This happened to me once. It might be from too much/ too little (if you drink caffeine on a regular basis) caffeine. It might be from being tired or from stress.
Just give it time and it will go away.
If it continues for a very long time (more than 6-8 weeks?), I would recommend visiting a doctor.

Its a muscle spasm. its nothing big you shouldn't worry about it.
