! and honestly i think any strength will help for wrinkles. Its just such a great product and worked tremendously on my face. As of now i am using the middle form of Retin-A called Tretinoin. I have had a problem with a lot of pimples just everywhere on my face! It has been about 3 months now, and it just nearly completely cleared up my face! i tried so many face products for my face, whether it was over the counter medicine, face wash, proactive, dermatologist stuff, and none of it worked! all it did was dry out my face and make it red. Being on tretinoin my face never had/has any sideaffects. Retin-A in general is just a great product, i would definitely try it! I would reccomend the middle form for you also, tretinoin.

Proactive people told me to keep using it and eventually things would get better....After a month they never did...just kept getting worse. It left scars and made my face 10 worse than it had ever been. I went from trying to get rid of 1 -2 pimples, to trying to get rid of 100 pimples and scars and sores on my face. After proactive my skin wasnt healthy at all...so instead of trying to fight acne at this point I decided to find something to make my skin healthy and get rid of the sores and scars. So I turned to straight Isopro 70% alcohol and "Meaning Beauty" by Cindy Crawford...twice a day......it's a skin care treatment to preserve the skin from getting older ect. And now my skin is healthy and happy....no scars, no pimples, no sores. I will never forgive Proactive for causing so much pain and problems for me. I think this person means, "Is proactive for scars." There is one solution that is for the scar part. Person before, who answered: Oh, my! I love proactive! Everybody's skin is different. I don't think it is proactive's fault. Different people have different skin-types and different skin product work better and differently on those different people. Ya, that's a crazily long sentence. :) I just would just advise experimenting with different products until you find the one that is right for you.

The Proactive anti-pimple system is mostly just Benzol Peroxide. The scratchy pore clean one doesn't dry out your skin too bad. unless your face is impervious to dryness, if you use the repairing lotion cream twice a day your face might get dry. Mine does. Especially if you use it before you go bake in the sun. which can actually result in your pimples getting worst. Oh and one thing to worry about, not really a side effect: benzol peroxide bleaches jack nasty. Especially grays, tans, and browns. Especially your favorite lacrosse polo.
