Yes.
Next guess is motor. Blower motor that is. maybe a switch? Probably the motor itself, if it isn't the switch.
You run a 12 gauge wire form that positive cable on the battery to one of the prongs on the blower motor. It does matter which prong. I would put a toggle switch on that line and maybe an in line fuse.
I'm thinking that it switches your gas tanks ?
The 1995 Ford Explorer blower motor relay switch can be found in the fuse box. The blower motor relay switch will be in the third column, second from the top.
Normally when a heater blower motor only works on the High setting, it is caused by a defective Blower Motor Resistor Pack. The fix is to, Replace it. In very rare instances it can also be a defective blower motor speed control switch, but rarely.
If you are saying the blower motor only works on the high speed setting, then the problem is a bad HVAC Resistor Pack.
Check to see if you are getting power to the motor - if so probably a bad motor Check the operation of the switch
The electrical connections were marginal, then you put in a good switch which allowed everything else to work good, so now you have a good connection.
Either the electrical flow between the battery and the switch is faulty or the connection between the switch and the blower is faulty. Could be an inline fuse.
The generator motor works as the starter motor AND the alternator.
YES!
It's the switch because the motor is getting power to go up but not down.
