If your female dog's nipples are turning black and she has black patches on her skin, this may be normal for her specific breed. If it is not, she may have Black Skin Disease, also known as Alopecia X.

well i think it is because it has dark/black skin. i think some ways you can tell if has black skin is its nose/paws. if not i might be wrong so if your really worried take it to a vet.
A piebald horse is a horse with irregular black patches on a gray coat (which may appear white). There are two other colorings to distinguish a piebald from: Paint horses and Skewbald. A Skewbald horse has similar patches, but they are brown. A Paint horse is the opposite - they seem to have white patches on a solid coat.
There is no way to tell. Cat genetics is complicated, and I don't know all the rules of inheritance involved, but there are multiple ways that a litter can produce both a black kitten and a tortie kitten. A cat is tortoiseshell as the result of two color genes (or alleles) found in the same locus on the X chromosome. One allele modifies fur color, changing the base color to orange or cream, and the other allele does not modify fur color. Both alleles are expressed in the coat, so that some patches are modified to red or cream and other patches retain the base color, which gives rise to the typical tortoiseshell coat. So a tortie must have one of each type of orange allelle - one that will change the base color and one that won't. One of these came from her mom and the other from her dad. A tortie will almost always be female, since males only have one X chromosome and will only have one version of the orange allele. Since her brother is black it seems likely that your tortie is the black/orange variety. If so, possible combinations of parents would be: Orange male and black female, or black male and orange female, or orange male and black/orange female, or black male and black/orange female. So far so good, but her parents may have had color genes that were not passed on to either her or her brother. For example, one parent may have had the dilution gene, changing a black fur color to blue (grey). So her parents could also have been orange male and blue female, blue male and orange female, orange male and blue/cream female, black male and blue/cream female, cream male and black female, black male and cream female. And if you add other possibilites that the kittens may not have inherited, then the picture gets even more complex. Maybe someone with better understanding of cat genetics could clarify this.
Probably chewing and licking on them because puppy has a fungus that is bothering him and turning it's toenails black. Time for a trip to the vet. Probably chewing and licking on them because puppy has a fungus that is bothering him and turning it's toenails black. Time for a trip to the vet.
Coat color in cats is determined partially by genes found on the X (female sex) chromosome. Males typically have one X chromosome and one Y chromosome, so there is just one set of genes to control coat color. Females typically have two X chromosomes, so in each patch of skin that will grow fur, one of the X chromosomes has to be "turned off". If one X chromosome has genes for a black and white coat color and the other X chromosome has genes for a brown and grey coat color, you end up with some patches being black and white and some patches being brown and gray. When this mosaic is repeated across the entire skin, you get a calico - a multi-color cat with random patches of different colors.
A dog having black and bleeding nipples is not a normal thing, and so a visit to a veterinarian for an evaluation would be the most prudent course of action.

Goofy does not have patches on his arms. His skin is black, and he wears a black vest over an orange shirt.
Because she was sick and couldn't feed her pups her milk dried up. It's important that you take your dog into the vets and have her nipples checked out to be sure there is no disease or that the dog isn't in pain. Marcy
No, the patches aren't incorporated onto the discs
Eye patches are black. There also are black earrings.
