Your gba emulator on psp don't works it have an error when I'm opening you open gpsp emu it load for a while and after 5 sec it says the game could not be started 80020148 your psp version is 4.21?

You need Custom Firmware to start games, if you have that, make sure your GAME folder kernel is set to the correct version or you have gPsp in the GAME150 folder.
