What type of party is this going to be? She may have friends that are gay and they have invited her to a party, this is nothing to be concerned abut. Unless it's another type of party and you are thinking she is bi or gay. If you have concerns about this the best approach would be to ask her about it.
If this is just a party, then I am wondering if you have a problem with gays? If so then the problem lies with you, not her. I have straight friends that go to party's of gays and lesbians all the time, this is just friends, the classification of it being a "gay" party because someone gay is hosting it or gays will be there is a bit insulting. Gays have parties too and we have fun just like everybody else at them, drink, talk, listen to music, and just have fun.
