You really need to take the hamster to a veterinarian, only they can really diagnose or treat the problem. Not using its legs could indicate a spinal problem.

Take it to the vet. It may be suffering. Hamsters are quiet animals. They won't scream when in pain, but the will limp and remain hurt. Bring it to the vet as soon as possible. They will know exactly how to check.

u MUST take ur hamster to the vet if u dont its likely it wont last very long in the meantime u can clean it with warm water but be careful ur hamster wont like it this is only temporary it MUST go to the vet asap
