Same asnwer I gave yesterday: Lots of possibilities(?): What is your gas mileage now? How "recently" was the service done ? Could the transmission now be slipping? Did they refill the transmission ALL the way up to the full mark on the dipstick? Do your fuel injectors need cleaning? If the dealer did the 90K serivce I'd take it back and ask them.
The rear main is located between the engine and transmission and requires transmission removal to be changed. BIG job

every mile The dealer will tell never ,but i change mine every 30000 miles,it better to be safe than sorry.

It is unlikely that the transmission would fail after a fluid change. The transmission filter should be changed at the same time. If it was not changed at the same time it could have caused the issue.
