Actually, I am answering my own question. I contacted Epson, they discovered it was the Print spooler that was not configured. I then called Dell back and explained to the tech help about the print spooler. They re-configured the spooler.....and now it works fine. Perhaps this will help someone else when such a problem arises. CHECK THE PRINT SPOOLER.
