If you do not have the combination, there is no way to open the lock. A master combination would defeat the purpose of having the lock.
With the combination
You have to have a combination. If you have a key lock you don't need a combination, all it is is a lock that says master and a key to turn it and then it opens what you have in it.
There is no "master combination" that can open any lock. There would be no use for the lock if that were the case.
It will come with a slip of paper that has the specific combination to that lock. Each individual lock has it's own combination.
Go to 0 5 times and then 10 it should open and then if uu close you an set it to a different batch of numbers but only 3
A locksmith will be able to provide the combination from the code number stamped on the back of the lock.

use a fire hyderant and bang it in a downward motion hitting the lock. do this a couple of times and it should do the trick.
If you are unfortunate enough to have lost the combo - MOST common combination padlocks are cheap enough to just cut off and replace. Otherwise, call a locksmith and discuss the problem - if the lock is important and you want to save it they can help you out. You can also call Master Lock Co. Be prepared to PROVE the lock is yours with a notarized letter and some time on your hands to send it to them.
