If you want code to pop up you either have to disconnect the battery or turn your key to acc with the radio on for one hour so "CODE" would pop up.

You can only get that info from the dealer. the only way to get that is to get the code off the side of the radio or sometimes they are in the glove box it should be a four number code

I had this problem several times and its a fail safe. If the battery or radio is disconnected the radio will need a code. Once the right code has been put in it should never ask you again unless you disconnect the battery again. You should be able to get the code from Peugeot.
