You can only contest a will by proving that the person was not of sound mind at the time it was written, or (and this is very hard) by proving that they intended to change their will but were not able to before there death. Marriage has nothing to do with it, many a husband has left their wife and kids out of their will.
She can, but like it will be dismissed.
yes his father and mother divorced when he was 2 years old...
No Debby Ryan's parents were not divorced, but here mother died, and her father is in the army
It's not clear what you mean "automatic custody." The default state is for the natural parents of a child to be the custodians of that child; if the mother is not married or at least cohabitating with the father it's generally assumed that she will be the custodian. Changing that requires a deliberate legal process. If someone (for example: the child's natural father, or the child's grandparents) wants to contest it, they will have to go to court. In that case, while it's not "automatic" that the mother will win, courts do traditionally have a strong bias in favor of the natural parents (again, particularly the mother).
No, his mother and father are still alive! However they are divorced and his mother is remarried.
Maybe they got divorced?
