My dear, it all depends on your height. 135lbs isn't big! Do what you think, not what people tell you to. I modeled and I miss it alot. They don't look at your weight, they mostly care if your fit.
You should model if "you" want to model--not if other people are telling you...so don't feel like you're being pushed into it. 135 is outside of the ideal weight range for most models (100-125 lbs is the normal range) so if you were to go in to see modeling agencies they will tell you right away that you would need to lose weight first. You are still young and if you really want to pursue modeling, you will need to meet other requirements as well. If you want to do fashion/runway modeling, you need to be 5'8" or taller and be within or smaller than these measurements: Bust: 34 inches Waist: 24 inches Hips: 35 inches If you are shorter, you can do commercial/print modeling but only if you are between 5'5"-5'7." Do not pursue modeling unless you want to do it and feel comfortable with yourself.
