You may or may not be pregnant. A blood test is the most accurate way to know but even those can take time from conception to be accurate. They measure a hormone that doubles each day, so the further from conception you are, the more likely the test is accurate. The cramps are as likely signs of impending menstruation as they are of pregnancy, so they are not a reliable symptom.

The cramps could have been from ovulating. The patch is pretty effective if your using it properly and is supposed to shorten and lighten your period. Its always safest to still use a condom if you want to make sure you wont get STD's or get pregnant because antibiotics and antidepressants lower the effectiveness of birth control. If you have already had your period get a test just to make sure.

I think you could be pregnant, maybe you have not waited long enough for the HCG hormone to show up in your urine. If you really think you are pregnant then you should try to get a blood test, they are much more accurate. Or you could try bying an early response pregnancy test.
