Are the bearings being replaced by the dealer or a local mechanic or a 'mate'.
If by a dealer, they should be covering the cost of replacement parts and labour of that frequency.
You may need to contact BBC's Watchdog so they can investigate on your behalf.
Could be a worn out shock or wheel bearings. Is it 4 wheel drive?
Yes you can, you must have taken Drivers Ed and had your permit for 6 months.
Sure it will drive. It will drive right along wearing out the rod and crank bearings. Destroying the piston rings and eating the metal off the cylinder walls, wearing out the lifters, and generally self destructing. As you can see, you should not even start this engine let alone drive it one mile. Have it repaired or you will be buying another engine.
pull the tire,then caliper,then 4wd hub,the bearings are behind the 4wd hub.
It is not safe to drive. Possibilities for cause, maybe wheel bearings, brake pads worn down to steel backing plates, if its front wheel drive there are even more possibilities. It has to be repaired before further driving.
yes it is perfectly legal to drive a car wearing a cap as long as it is not obstructing your vision of the road. I dont know, "Can YOU drive wearing a cap"?.

Yes, you can drive in US with an international drivers licence.
Yes they could as I did back then, if you had held a provisional licence for 3 months you were allowed to drive without an instructor I then passed my test first time as driving on my own gave me more confidence
You need to be 16 years old for a permit, 6 months after that you can apply for a driver's license to be able to drive independently. But some states require an age of 18.
Yes, you can drive under the age of 21. You can start drivers education at the age of 14 and 8 months, get your learners permit at 15, once you've held the permit for 3 months without any accidents, you can start segment two of drivers ed. Then, after holding your permit for a total of 6 months, you can take your drivers test (you must be sixteen), and if you pass, you will receive your drivers license. There are some rules (curfew etc.) that apply until you are 18, but you can legally drive by yourself.
No, they do not need a drivers license to drive a NASCAR race car.
