If your son and his girlfriend are really in love, it will be so very difficult to talk to them anything. I am assuming that they are head over heels in love with each other? Logic and reason left the station a very long time ago.
I am guessing that you are opposed to the relationship. This is where the drama starts, the more you try to separate or argue against the relationship with your son, the more likely they are to not listen and resist you.
Also the age difference is a problem. Their is "Statutory Rape" laws. These vary from state to state. But they involve an adult (your son) since he is 18 and a minor his girlfriend (15?). Not to be alarmist but these laws are out there and her parents if they strongly disapprove of this relationship they could have charges brought against your son. Once again this is not meant to scare you but more of just giving you information that you might need.
I am not really sure what else I can say, except that I hope your son makes some wise decisions soon.
