Ive downloaded a game on my psp and it works. but the music wont play on the game. how can i get the music on the game to play. the sound effects work but not the music. what might be my problem?
If it was downloaded, it may be ripped. Especially when games are shared illegally, the person who shares the game will "rip" out all the music to make the game size substantially smaller and easier to download. There is no music in the game to begin with.

Halo3 should let you play big team if you have all the download able content.You should make you you have all the downloaded content, and that it is all downloaded properly, and it should work.
