If your fuses have checked out to be good, you'll need to check your relay, located on the steering column. First you'll have to remove the top steering column cover. It is held on by two screws, which are located on the bottom of the column. Remove the two screws, and pull the top, steering column cover off. Now, look for a small, black box. This is the relay. It is removed, just by pulling it out. It has appoximately five prongs on the bottom. After removing it,you may be able to tap the relay firmly, put it back, and it may work. Recommended, replace with new relay.

It's the turn signal indicator-located behind the hazard lights.You have to take it out and replace it.
The signal light hazard is not working because of an electrical fault. Call an electrician to fix this.

Check all of you bulbs on the car, more than likely one is burned out...
It is located on the side of the radio between the glove box and the radio if you turn the turn signal on you will feel it flash if you can't here it.
In the 2002 Toyota Solara convertible, the hazard light switch is located on the center console, just below the climate control knobs. It is typically a red button marked with a triangle symbol. Pressing this button activates the hazard lights, which flash all turn signal lights simultaneously to alert other drivers.
On the turn signal indicator arm. Switch on the headlights, make sure the high beam is off, then pull out the rotating light switch.
Hazard switch is the signal relay has gone bad. Defective from new, has been replaced with a different part number.
