∙ 15y agoThe grinding noise in the front of a 1990 Dodge Caravan could be a cv joint. If it is, it probably only grinds when you take a sharp turn. There is one located on each side.
Bearing going bad?
A dodge caravan may be experiencing rear brake noise due to needing new brake pads. This may also be due to worn rotors.
drive belts tensioner/under chassis
New CV joints will fix the grinding noise
I have the same problem if it was making a grinding noise contact ego-fly if its not making a grinding noise the rotors might be hitting each other
Transmission mount
Loose sub frame mounts, broken motor mount. engine misfire. broken transmission mount.
I am not sure if that is what the problem is i changed the oil and overfilled it now my van is making a funny noise once it heats up
Its usually a U joint. Click under acceleration . While turning,a CV joint. Grinding or moaning is usually a bearing.

check the guard behind the rotors could be rubbing
