Zero Tolerance means like if you were caught "committing" the "crime", you would automatically be sentenced to punishment. For instance in schools. Lets Say a straight A student was working on a project at school and she/he pulls out a construction knife to cut a hard piece of wood. He/She will be issued a punishment lacking Common Sense or even hearing an explanation. Also lets say an average student at lunch was just hanging out and a pocket knife is dropped into his lap and a staff member sees it. That person will be punished without hearing the explanation. This law is usually referred to as the Zero Intelligence Law. Like I was recently Force to do community service for being "Truant" even though i was going to skoal and was running late. They did not Hear my explanation and i was doomed to 30 hours of community service. That's is the zero tolerance law.
In the context of a driver of a vehicle, zero tolerance means that if you are under 21 and stopped while driving and you have a BAC (blood alcohol content) of more than .02, you can be charged with a violation of the zero tolerance law and your drivers license can be suspended and there is a substantial fine. It is not a DUI.
Yes, Florida's zero tolerance law is implemented administratively.
It means you do not let anyone under no circumstances to take over on you!

Zero Tolerance Laws allow for no exceptions. For example, Virginia's zero tolerance law is that if a driver under the age of 21 is pulled over and is found to have any, even a trace, amount of alcohol in their system, they will be arrested.
The zero tolerance law refers to if a person is under 21 and they are caught driving under the influence, no matter what percentage you blow, if its not a zero you are under arrest.
Zero tolerance means that discretion has been removed from consideration, and that the slightest infraction will be punished. This has translated to such silliness as kids being suspended for a 'gun' when the item was a water pistol.
zero tolerance law
You misspelled every other word, have no punctuation, and it doesn't even look like this is a question. Zero tolerance has to do with drinking and driving anyway not racing.
Yes
180 days (sixx months)
It is a policy which imposes strict punishments for infractions of a stated rule. The intention is to eliminate undesirable conduct
Zero-tolerance simply means NO exceptions. Even kids know the rules & laws about drinking below the legal age limit - yet they constantly try to break those rules. There are age limits for a reason - to show you have the maturity to be responsible enough to control your own behaviour and stay within the law.
