If the lease was scheduled to run through the end of June, and this is reflected in the lease, you should write a letter to the owner, attach a copy of the lease and explain that you have a lease through June and that the attached lease reflects this. A landlord can not evict a tenant using the police unless he can prove that the property's lease is in fact up.
