I think this waist belt is best for you.

This lumbar support belt comes with an extension belt that can be used according to individual needs. It can stretch and relieve tight lower back muscles and relieve lower Back pain & stiffness.

Put it on and within 30 minutes I was feeling much better. I have used it for a week now, for about 3 hours a day and my back pain is essentially gone!

You don’t have to wear it all the time, about 30 – 60 minutes twice a day works, but I wear it anytime I am doing any lifting or physical work. The only downside while wearing it, you cannot bend as easily to pick up things. If you are suffering from lumbar pain, this belt is suitable for you.

Lower back pain is the nemesis of many. That familiar ache can limit time spent working, relaxing, and enjoying life. It can lead to irritability and a whole host of other health problems. And, yet, it’s surprisingly common.

Learning how to alleviate back pain and live with the suffering that arises due to back injuries and other ailments can prove to be very difficult. Low back pain is the most expensive health care problem for people age 20 to 50 years of age. It also is the most expensive industrial injury, affecting 2% to 5% of the workforce and leading to 1,000,000 workers’ compensation claims every year!

Lower back pain can have many causes, such as a pulled back muscle, disc problems, Arthritis, or sacroiliac joint dysfunction. In cases where there has not been a definitive diagnosis, the next question that should be asked is: How long have you been suffering? Challenges for health care practitioners and take-charge pain relief seekers arise when non-specific words are used to describe symptoms of their condition. General adjectives like painful and hurting just don’t give enough insight into what you may actually be suffering.

Most people associate low back pain with a ruptured invertebrate disc. This condition means that the shock-absorbing structure between two vertebrae is bulging into the spinal canal and pushing on one or more spinal nerves. In reality, a herniated disc is responsible for few cases of low back pain. More common in occurrence are other less well-recognized causes of low back pain that can mimic a herniated disc, such as sciatica.

Sciatica occurs when there is pressure or damage to the sciatic nerve. This nerve starts in the spine and runs down the back of each leg, causing extreme pain from your back down to your ankles. This nerve controls the muscles of the back of the knee and lower leg and provides sensation to the back of the thigh, part of the lower leg, and the sole of the foot.

Back pain may be constant or sudden, mild or debilitating. Narcotic pain medications are not always the answer. There are many natural treatments that doctors have been practicing for years. Body alignment exercises work great because poor posture can play a major role in chronic pain, causing tension along your spine that can make your neck, shoulders, back, and legs hurt. Get the facts on back pain treatments, including medication, exercise, and chiropractic care.

I actually did get rid of my year-long sciatica through effective exercise. I experimented with both electro- and magnetic-type treatments, but those did not work for me.

Few injuries hurt worse than lower back injuries. Anyone that has had a severe injury to this area will tell how they would not wish that kind of pain on their worst enemy. So it is no wonder that when these people feel even the smallest pain in their back they begin to worry that something larger is wrong. It is important that any back pain that is out of the ordinary be looked at by a medical professional as soon as is reasonable.

As the body grows older, it is common for muscles and systems to grow weaker. Everything begins to ache for little or no reason and the entire system slows down. This is why older people tend to move at a much slower pace than those that are younger. So it is no surprise that sometimes the back will begin to hurt with no obvious cause. Typically it is the result of misuse. Even minor misuse can cause great pain as the body continues to age.

However, it is important that every person understand their back and be aware when pain is sudden and without cause. A pain that has appeared without a clear reason can be a warning sign of a much larger problem. Most injuries have obvious sources. A herniation in the spinal cord is usually caused by a large impact to the back. So if a person experiences a pain on the level of a herniation but had no known impact, they should immediately seek the opinion of a medical professional. These can be signs of much larger issues such as strokes or organ failure.

Nobody likes to deal with pain and most people are a little embarrassed to talk to a doctor about their individual issues. It is widely believed that most pain will simply go away over time and a medical professional is just a waste of time and money. While on rare occasions this is true, it is important that any pain be examined immediately if the source of the injury is unknown. A simple procedure can do a lot to extend a person's life or comfort level.
