Chisinau is the capital of and also the largest city in Moldova. It is the industrial and commercial epicenter of the country, noted as the economically prosperous in the country. The city has a population of over 592,900 inhabitants and it growing rapidly. Chisinau is also a vital part of Moldova as it is where all major transportation and educational facilities lie within the country.

This city is located along the edges of the river Bic, in turn creating some of the richest soil for great agriculture, which in turn creates a beautiful serene border that you would not expect from such a large city. Chisinau is also noted for it’s very modern architectural structures due to a growth plan the city put in order in the 19th century.
