You should try doing indoor exercise while you work to keep your blood flowing and to keep your metabolism running at a high rate. You could start by doing jumping jacks to get your heart beating. You can then do sit-ups to work on your core and your abs. Finally, you can do push-ups to help build the muscles in your shoulders, your chest and your arms.

Pretty much any body exercise will work your core if you actively engage your core while working out. More specific core exercises include crunches, roll out on a ball, and bridge ups.
Remember that ab workouts alone don't do it. Be sure that you have a decent run, it doesn't need to be too long, but a run nonetheless. While doing your ab exercises, be sure to get a good stretch in the abdominal muscle in order to work the whole abdomen. Finally, don't just do 75 sit-ups in a minute. When going to do ab workouts plan on it taking a short while and make sure you really "feel the burn". Oh, and while doing your ab workouts (crunches, sit-ups, leg lifts, etc.) be sure to add in other "core" exercises to work the obliques and back, because, honestly, what good is a 6-pack if you still have the love handles?
