1/2 cup orange flavored drink mix concentrate, dry (like Tang or similar) 3/4 cup white granulated sugar 1/4 cup light brown sugar 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, softened 1 egg 1 tbsp. Orange Juice 1 3/4 cups flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 cup white Chocolate Chips
Directions
In a medium sized bowl, beat orange concentrate, sugars and margarine. Add egg and orange juice. Continue stirring until fully incorporated. Add flour, baking powder and baking soda. Continue stirring. Fold in white chocolate chips. Add a layer of parchment paper to a cookie sheet. (You can also use a greased cookie sheet.) Drop mixture by mounded tablespoonful onto the cookie sheet. Keep the spacing at about two inches between cookies. Bake in a preheated 375 degree Fahrenheit oven for 11 to 14 minutes.
