One of the biggest challenges as a man is finding a diet that helps promote general fitness and muscle growth. Many of the nutrients needed for these two items conflict with each other. The key is to find the right amount of protein to promote muscle growth without causing fat gain.

It is vital that a man consume enough nutrients to promote muscle growth. The issue comes with the fact that muscle growth usually means weight gain. It is important to remember that weight gained due to muscle increase is not a problem and still results in a healthier body.
