Ingredients
- 1 bn Broccoli; separated into
- florets 1 Cauliflower; separated into
- florets 8 Bacon strips; fried and
- crumbled 1/3 c Onion, chopped
- 1 c Tomatoes; chopped, seeded
- 2 Eggs, hard boiled; sliced
- 1 c Mayonnaise or Salad Dressg
- 1/3 c Sugar
- 2 ts Vinegar
In a large salad bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, bacon, onion, tomatoes and eggs. Set aside. In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar; mix until smooth. Chill all. Just before serving, mix dressing, pour over salad and toss.

Combine peanut butter, vinegar, sesame oil, soy, and the jalapeño in the blender add the warm water to thin as necessary. (I taste at this point and adjust if needed) When the noodles are done drain and pour on the sauce. Add the chopped up vegetables and stir thoroughly. Put into a pretty bowl and serve room temp with the sesame seeds on top. Also good with any of your favorite crispy raw veggies in your favorite combinations.
