I have always been a do-it-yourself type of person. However, when my hot water heater broke down, I know I needed a professional. I decided to give Five Star Plumbing and Heating a try. When I called this company, they showed up to my home promptly. This is one of the reasons I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a plumbing company in Rochester.One of the pet peeves that I have had with plumbing companies in the past was that they would not clean up the messes that they made. However, I did not have that problem with Five Star Plumbing and Heating. The staff members cleaned up the house as soon as they were finished. The fact that the staff members cleaned up the area showed that they had respect for it. I also like the fact that the employees were drug tested and background checked before they were hired.I was also impressed with the professionalism the staff members exhibited. They made sure that I was happy before they left. Five Star Plumbing and Heating does great work for an affordable price. There were no surprises. They told me exactly how much I needed to pay upfront.I was very satisfied with the service I received. In the past, I have had to call plumbing companies back because I was not happy with the service that I received. However, I did not have that problem with Five Star Plumbing and Heating.This company offers a variety of plumbing services. Drain cleaning, hot water dispenser replacement garbage disposal repair, gas leak detection, gas leak repair, drain pipe replacement and repair and gas fireplace installation are some of the services that Five Star Plumbing and Heating offers.If I am ever in need of a plumbing company again, then I will definitely be calling this company. I have no complaints and nothing but good things to say about them. I know that if I needed to call them, they would be right there to help me. They are the best plumbing company for the job.
