Transfer the mixture to the dish lined with wax paper and use a spoon to flatten. It will take at least 3 hours to cool, but you can then cut it into bars for a delicious, healthy dessert or snack.

Fruit Gelatin: Grandma knew fruit gelatin was a great dessert, but this old standby is often overlooked nowadays. Gelatin is inexpensive and easy to prepare. Simply make according to package instructions and add your favorite diced fruit before it sets. A little whipped topping never hurt anyone either.
