Ho'olehua, or Hoolehua, is located on the Hawaiian island of Molokai. The small community is adjacent to Hawaii Route 460 and can be accessed by nearby Molokai Airport.

Visitors to Hoolehua can enjoy the Kamakou Preserve, where hiking trails offer picturesque views of the natural landscape. The preserve is located by one of the higher mountains on Molokai and is home to countless native birds and insects and more than 250 different plants, many of which are unique to the area. Travelers can visit a local farm for macadamia nuts or enjoy a local cruise through boat charter companies in the area. Deep sea-fishing, body-boarding and kayaking excursions are also popular.

Hoolehua is an unincorporated community that offers a taste of the more rural local lifestyle. Most travelers visit the area after flying into the Molokai Airport. It is located on the northern coast of the west side of the island, just east of the Kalaupapa National Historic Park. Travelers can also fly into the Kalaupapa Airport, located within the nearby national park.
