- 1 cn 46-oz unsweetened pineapple
- 1/2 c Sugar
- 1/4 c Lime juice
- 1/4 t Ground nutmeg
- 3 1/4 c Dry white wine
- 1 x Cinnamon Sticks
- 1 x Fresh pineapple
In large saucepan, combine Pineapple Juice, sugar, lime juice, and nutmeg; bring to boiling, stirring till sugar dissolves. Reduce heat; stir in wine. Heat through but DO NOT BOIL. Pour into heat-proof glasses or mugs. Garnish each serving with cinnamon stick stirer and pineapple wedge. Makes about 9 cups.
