If you suffer from chronic indoor Allergies, you can change parts of your living environment to reduce your symptoms. The bedroom is the first place to start, since dust mites thrive in mattresses, pillows and bed sheets. Be sure to wash your bedding in hot water at least once a week to kill dust mites that may be lurking in them. You can also order mattress and pillowcase covers from an allergy relief store to keep the dust out.
