I have been told that 'grazing' is a good practice. That is where you eat very small portions through out the day, rather than 2 or 3 large meals. Maintain good fluid intake. Water is always the best liquid to drink, considering your kidneys.

A normal blood sugar level is an important part of staying healthy. Your brain craves sugar in the form of glucose and your pancreas helps maintain healthy sugar levels. Your doctor or dietitian can help steer you toward a diet that will keep your blood sugar level in a healthy range. Avoid spikes by staying away from processed food that is high in sugar. Also, consider replacing beverages such as soda and certain juices that have high sugar content with drinks that contain low or no sugar. A normal blood sugar reading is between 70 mg/dl and 120 mg/dl.

A "normal" insulin level varies depending on what you are doing. Normal for a child will be slightly different than for an adult. A good rule of thumb is if you haven't eaten anything for over 8 hours (called fasting blood sugar...usually first thing in the morning) is anywhere between 70 & 100, If you have eaten two hours prior to testing your blood it would be more like anywhere between 70 & 145 because eating raises your blood sugar levels. what is normal blood sugar 80-120 mg what is a normal insulin level between 90 and 120 What is a normal sugar level ? “what is a fasting insulin level?” what is a normal sugar level?? “what is a normal insulin level?” I have been losing weight for the past one-a-ahalf-years.
