As you are already licensed, what you will need to do is contact the State registry in Virginia and request the forms to apply for reciporcity. Be sure to confirm with the VA State Registry if the paperwork should be returned to them or sent to the Tennessee State Registry. You application will be reviewed and hopefully Tennesse will recognize the approval previously granted in Virginia.
