East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania offers CNA training, it is not free though.

CNA training is generally not free. Some employers offer the training for free in exchange for a commitment. These opportunities are usually advertised in the newspaper print or online classifieds in the employment section.
I don't know of any free but they are inexpensive at the community college.
