When dieting, one of the biggest challenges is fat loss; weight can be dropped quickly, however, by burning fat. Burning fat not only requires cardio exercise to boost the metabolism, but requires a low fat diet of foods that help burn fat. Olive oil in its purest form is excellent. Try it on a salad with lemon juice and light salt and pepper. Also, almonds, berries, oatmeal, and low fat peanut butter can contribute to a fat burning diet.
Yes sweating is part of the process for losing body fat.
This depends on what your weight is now. But, it is important to have body fat. Women have more fat than male. Losing weight isn't always good, it is important you are only losing the fat.
This is just an educated guess, but I'm betting that you lose the same percentage (say, 10%) of fat everywhere in your body when you lose weight. In a place where you have little fat and lots of muscle, 10% of fat loss wouldn't be very obvious. Because your breasts are mostly fat, 10% of fat loss would be much more obvious, making it seem like you're losing more weight/losing weight first in your breasts.
if your body fat is already low losing more weight is dangerous and can be deadly. your body needs fat. you need to gain weight not lose weight. remember muscle weights more than fat so if you must lose more weight be a little more lazier and lose muscle tone but in my opipion that is dumb
No! You are losing bodily fluids. Fluids which are replaced when you rehydrate. In between times you have lost weight (water weight) but not fat.
Yes. If you are working out and gaining muscle tone, then it is reasonable that you may gain a little weight (a few pounds) or not lose as much weight as you normally would have if you were just losing "fat" weight. It is good that you are losing fat! In addition, you may be putting on some water weight as your body adjusts. This will go away completely within a few weeks or so. If this is not the case, and you are losing "fat" but still gaining weight, you may want to see a nutritionist or doctor to find out why that would be happening. Absent of that, there is nothing wrong with gaining a few pounds of muscle as you lose fat.
The only way for someone to lose 18lbs in 4 days without having surgery is if they lost water weight. Losing water weight is not the same thing as losing fat weight, as within a couple of days you will gain the water weight back. There is no quick way to lose fat weight, you must exercise and eat healthy foods, and the weight will slowly come off. Any advertisments saying lose weight quick do not work, or are extremly unhealthy. The only way for someone to lose 18lbs in 4 days without having surgery is if they lost water weight. If you really want to lose weight you really need to be focusing on LOSING WEIGHT, not on exercising. there are specific things you can do to lose belly fat and build the underlying musclemass for example that really only do that. if you start to lose to belly fat, the rest of your body will lose weight and if you get your core muscles strong you will have a much easier time with everything else. check this out: http://tinyurl.com/yhcv4d4it's the best thing I've found for losing stomach fat (which ends up making your whole body lose weight and trim up).
Yes cuz in you do not know the muscles weight more than fat I hope it helped
No, because when you don't eat you store fat. Your not losing weight, your really gaining it. It will hit you when your older.
Ideally when you lose weight you will lose fat. Losing fat is the primary objective as carrying around too much fat can lead to health problems such as heart disease or cancer, particularly if you carry too much fat around your waist line.
You cant unless you get plastic surgery.. When you lose weight the fat gets less everywhere... But you aren't going to lost it completely :P
