While most netbooks are sold in the $300 to $500 range, there are netbooks under 200 out there. Low spec units are sold at around $200 from several manufacturers, while refurbished and used units with higher specs reach that price on a regular basis. Netbooks can also be subsidized at a substantial discount through some contract cell phone carriers when you buy them with a data plan for accessing the internet on the go.
The best netbooks for under $200 are the ASUS Eee PC models. These netbooks are sold very cheap with and have excellent specifications. The Atom processor in these books is very efficient.
It is a bit difficult to find laptops under $200, but you can often find the smaller netbooks for this price. Netbooks are lightweight and easy to transport. You might be able to find them online on ebay or craigslist, but you have to be careful that you're making the purchase from a reputable seller.
There are many netbooks on the marketplace around today that cost under $200. The more popular netbook brands easily available would be HP, Dell and Sony.
You can find them at your local Walmart or go for Ebay for about $200-500
There were no dimes in the year 200. The US didn't exist in the year 200, so the money didn't exist.

Acer Aspire One from Curry's or PC World. About £200 for a 10.1" screen. It has a webcam. Recommended OS for it: Ubuntu Netbook Remix. Free from distrowatch.com or ubuntu.com. Some of the good Netbooks are as: Samsung NC10, Dell Mini 10, and Acer Aspire One are good Netbooks to buy. As all these Netbooks are embedded with Intel Atom Processors, it is a great little piece of technology and also the Intel brand associated to it. These Netbooks also have good quality of Webcam. Hence, you can also enjoy video chatting or video conference through your Netbook. And moreover Intel embedded Netbooks are much lesser price and more importantly with a great battery life (approx. to 10- 12 Hrs.) and also physical keyboard which will help in typing. Worth buying Intel embedded Netbooks.

I think that started a big rumor and has never been found as a fact. Even if the OS itself is supported by revenue generated ads, I doubt Google would actually give away the netbooks. Google still has the hardware itself and production costs to worry about. I'm sure it'll be very inexpensive, probably around $200-$300, but we won't be sure till the netbook is released later this year.
The largest prime number under 200 is 199.
about 200 to 1500
