Grilled Sandwiches and wraps can be a great option for a fast, hot meal. Simply fill whole grain bread or tortillas with lean meats and cheeses and grill on a griddle or sandwich press. Add some fresh vegetables or fruit and a well-balanced, nutritious, and delicious meal is on the table in 20 minutes or less.

Slow cooker recipes are also great quick dinner ideas. Basically anything that would go in the oven can be put in a slow cooker in the morning, and it will be ready for the table by dinner time. Add a salad, bread, or both and clean-up fast and easy as well.
