Signs of a Miscarriage
It is not always easy to know if a miscarriage is occurring. Some women have minor symptoms while other women may have other major complications. Here are some signs to know if a miscarriage may be happening.
Bleeding or Spotting
It is difficult to tell whether a female is having a miscarriage just by bleeding. There are many women who bleed during pregnancy and it is completely normal. If there is any spotting that occurs that is bright red in color and lasts a few days, it is best to call the doctor to get a checkup.
Pain or Cramping
If there is pain or cramping that occurs in the abdomen or lower back, a miscarriage could be occurring. Since miscarriages can occur up through 20 weeks of pregnancy, the pain or cramping could also be ligaments stretching. If there is no bleeding or spotting, chances are it is the ligaments.
Fluid or Tissue
If fluid or tissue has passed from the vagina it may be a sign of miscarriage. If able, place the tissue inside of a jar with a lid and take it with to a doctor's appointment. The doctor can pass the specimen to a pathologist for testing if desired.
Loss of Pregnancy Symptoms
A major sign of miscarriage is complete loss of pregnancy symptoms. Women know they are pregnant because they typically have nausea, tender breasts and many other hormonal changes. If these suddenly disappear, it could be a sign of miscarriage.
Negative Pregnancy Test After Positive One
If a miscarriage is believed to have occurred, the best idea is to take a pregnancy test. If a negative result occurs, it may be that the fetus has passed. The next step would be to take a second test and view the results, or simply go to the doctor for a blood test.
All of these are signs and symptoms of miscarriage. If miscarriage has resulted, the mother can either let the fetus pass naturally or to have a Dilation and Curettage (D&C) procedure. A D&C is a procedure where the mother is given anesthesia and the fetus, along with other tissues, is removed via a scraping technique. It may be best to have a D&C if mom has plans to get pregnant again in the near future as the D&C ensures that no infection will occur and other tissues will be removed that may not have passed naturally.

Vaginal discharge and bleeding. They may also experience cramping.
They could be checking for any tissue that was not expelled during the miscarriage. They may be able to tell that you were pregnant depending on how long ago the miscarriage happened, and if anything was left behind.

A miscarriage in the first trimester is going to feel similar to period-like cramping in your lower abdomen. Some other symptoms of having a miscarriage are: the passing of tan colored tissue, headaches, back pain, the passing of blood, white to pinkish colored discharge, and a sudden decrease in signs of pregnancy.
Yes you can. Chills and fever are signs of infection and it is quite possible to have a miscarriage without infection. A very early miscarriage may also be painless, though a later one witll probably give you cramps and/or lower back pain.
Were you diagnosed as pregnant? If you were in fact pregnant and now started you period again you "did" have a miscarriage. In the early stages of pregnancy a miscarriage is not always going to have any major symptioms. Discharging tissue could be something else if you weren't pregnant. I would see a doctor if you continue to have such discharge in the future.
A miscarriage means you have definitely lost the baby, there is usually lots of cramping and clots. A threatened miscarriage means just that, you are still pregnant but may miscarry in the future. Any spotting while pregnant can be called a threatened miscarriage and many women go on to have healthy babies. If you still have signs of pregnancy like swollen and sore breasts it is probably just a threatened miscarriage. Most doctors will order an ultrasound scan to tell for sure. I should think that a blood test (Quantitative HCG) would be more reliable than ultrasound. Levels are decreased in the case of miscarriage, threatened &/incomplete abortion, & if the fetus is dead.
Get to a doctor. Everything might be okay, but do you really want to take a chance?
you get a rash a big one also u need to eat broccoli everyday
