Usually its because it creases and all the oil that comes out of your pores and it has no where to go but to stay in the crease and the oil builds up there
It can be quite hard to feel a baby's pulse but the best place is the brachial artery which is located on the inside of the arm just above the elbow (Where the elbow crease is) and it is usually found on the opposite side to the thumb. The best way is to use two fingers (not your own thumb as that has a pulse of its own) and just keep feeling around that area until you find it. It is also easier to feel if you can keep the baby's arm straight.

first of all, cat scratch fever is harmless, and i would know because i had it before. no, you do not have to get rid of your cats. cat scratch fever lasts a while, i don't know all of the symptoms, but i do know it gives you a rash on your neck, across your chest and inside the crease in your legs and arms. i have three cats and while i had CSF, and i didn't have to get rid of them. hope that helped :) :)
