An easy way to lower cholesterol is by changing your diet and exercising. Cut out the fried foods that you eat and bake more of your meats. Don�t use oil to fix French fries and other foods that you would normally drown in oil. Try to walk each day, and if that is not possible, get some exercise in at your chair at work or at home. Simple daily changes will make a huge difference in your cholesterol number.
