People claim carbs are bad, but they do not know why. Carbohydrates are a source of energy for humans as they are converted into sugar and give the body energy. When those sugars are not used, they turn to fat, causing unexpected weight gain. A easy way to make this problem better would be to not have any carbohydrates after lunch as little to no exercise if usually done after those hours.
