How do you blow a engine turbo.
if it is on the engine side it sucks air through the radiator and toward the engine, a fan on the other side would blow but also would impede air flow through the rad.
The fuel vent may have debris in it. Usually part of the fuel filler neck.
I'm not a mechanic / technician but I believe that a plugged PCV valve or hose will cause oil to blow through the engine oil dipstick
It's called "blow-by. It's a condition caused when the piston rings do not seal adequately against the cylinder walls, and exhaust gasses "blow by" the pistons, into the crankcase. Oil vapor and small droplets are constantly movin around inside the engine, and the moving exhaust gas just blows some out of any available opening.

blow back or blow-by is pressure that builds up inside the engine causing oil to be blown out of vent, oil stick, oil filler cap, or into air breather.. Causes of blow-by ---- Bad PVC valve (Positive Crankcase Ventilation ) Worse case is worn piston rings or cylinder walls - engine needs to be rebuilt. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PCV_valve
There are several ways to blow up a cars engine. If your car loses all its oil and you don't shut off the engine you could blow it. You could blow it by over revving the engine for long periods of time. If the engine doesn't have water in it it could run hot and quit.
