Third of all, it enables you to connect all of those other devices that may require Internet, such as phones.

However, there are a few drawbacks to wireless broadband. Since it is so portable and easy to use within your house, neighbors can actually tap in and use your Internet as well. This puts a lot of people off, however, there are security settings that you can put in place to make sure that this does not occur. Secondly, the further you are away from the router, the slower the Internet may become, however, not always. Most people find that the speed is constant inside their home, however, if they step outdoors, it may slow down slightly.

So how much does this advanced technology cost you? There really is not set range for how much broadband will cost you, it really depends on where you live and whether broadband is even available in the area. You have to calculate for not only your monthly Internet payment, but the money that you will have to spend on a route as well. However, many times places are running specials that gives you the route for free if you sign up for a certain amount of time.
